Aggression, verbal abuse or what we consider to be unlawful behavior will not be tolerated:

Certain surcharges can apply for parking costs, difficult access, key collection and return. And other situations which are beyond what I considers, normal.
I will always do at least a three point clean, for carpets we start with brushing/cleaning all material from carpet/pre-clean and then a deep clean. We also do stain removing service within our price and we only use the best products like Prochem. It is in our best interests to make sure the customer is very satisfied and that we strive to make sure you are happy with the results.

Stain removing is a very difficult and time consuming. We look at the carpet, the stain and formulate what is the best solution for that problem. I will consult you BEFORE the work is carried out as not all stains can be removed. Again I use Professional stain remover products which are excellent and I do get outstanding results on most carpets. There are many reasons why a stain may not come out and is permanent, which requires further action or cannot be removed. I will advise you of this but unfortunately does not mean that the whole carpet clean can be refunded. Please be aware that not all carpet cleaning is successful.

1: Please phone us and speak to the manager Matthew Hepple who will take the complaint seriously and take your details. I also welcome complaints and take them seriously and use them to provide a better service . This policy is intended to ensure that complaints are dealt with properly. The policy is not designed to apportion blame, to consider the possibility of negligence or to provide compensation.


2. Aim Is to make sure that the complaint is quickly remedied where possible, and to deliver the service paid for.
• Every written complaint is acknowledged within two working days. Investigations into written complaints are held within 28 days. All complaints are responded to in writing within 72 hours maximum subject to the customer being responsive.

Complaints are dealt with promptly, fairly and sensitively with due regard to the upset and worry that they can cause to both staff and service users.
